Stay at Home Order extended through June 14th

Camarillo Pony Baseball families,

As many of you have heard, Ventura County authorities announced that they have extended the "stay at home" order through June 14th.

Our board continues to discuss what resuming play would look like. We are also communicating with PVRPD frequently as well.  Our focus is to resume to play in June and likely play into July at some level.

In discussions with many of you about your hope to return to baseball, the feedback has been that the vast majority want to return to playing youth baseball once given the proper authority to do so.  We think the mental health of the kids and the community need that, but we have to follow the guidelines provided by local and state officials.

We know many our anxious to get back to baseball but please, please stay off the baseball fields at Freedom Park and Kildee until we are allowed to do so.

Stay safe and hope to see everyone out on the baseball fields soon.
