All teams should be formed by the end of January. Once teams are formed, your Team Manager will contact you and give you your practice schedule. Practices are scheduled to start first week in February. Regular season will run through the end of May. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THIS PROCESS. IT TAKES TIME.
** Important Information**
The last day to register will be January 5th. Divisions fill up fast. Once the division is full your player will be added to the waitlist and if there is room, we will add them to play.

Camarillo Pony Baseball Association is an all-volunteer organization. We need all the help and support we can get. Please consider VOLUNTEERING through the registration process and we'll reach out to you over the coming weeks or contact CPBA President Alex Mathis at [email protected].
** Player equipment and uniform **
Your player should bring a glove, bat, and helmet to practice and games. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, players will not be allowed to share equipment. CPBA will supply team hats and team jerseys. Players must provide their own white baseball pants, socks and belt.

You had an opportunity to read these procedures during the registration, with your player, and acknowledge you read them. The procedures are linked here for your reference:

** CPBA Bat Rules **
The CPBA Board has authorized the use of USSSA bats for LEAGUE play for all divisions except 15/18U COLT. REC
and 15/18U COLT REC must use USA, BBCOR or WOOD bats for league play.
NOTE - ONLY USA BATS CAN BE USED FOR PONY SANCTIONED ALL STAR PLAY.

**Refund Policy**
The league incurs costs in advance of each season to pay for items such as uniforms, equipment, etc. Due to these upfront costs, CPBA charges a $50 administration fee for refunds prior to a player being placed on a team. Refunds requested after a player is drafted and/or placed on a team will be honored at a 50% rate. No refund is available after the first game has been played.
